The Distance Investing staff will assist International investors in setting up U.S. based personal and business bank account. This allows the International investor to be able to begin to establish banking relationships with US banks to better strengthen their ability to secure financing.

Each investor should confer with an accountant about the best corporate structure for their real estate holding company. Many investors use the Limited Liability Company (LLC) structure. The Distance Investing staff will set up a US based LLC for the International investor including a Federal Tax ID Number with which they can begin to build a business credit history in the US.
