| Due to the DistanceInvesting.com website outage that occurred between April 4th and April 7th, 2009, the 121 Folger "Win An Investment Property Contest" will be rescheduled. Any and all entrants will be notified.
We have resolved that issue and are working to ensure a similar outage does not occur. When the contest begins again, it will be enhanced with such things as more photos and a pre-valuation appraisal. We will also introduce new properties to the contest series. In the meantime, do not hesitate to visit the properties we're marketing, there are some great investments here.
